When are appointments scheduled?

I am a full time professional photographer, I schedule appointments based on your needs. I offer flexible bookings seven days a week and occasional holidays.

When is payment required?

Full payment is required at the time of your session.

Is a deposit required to book an appointment?

At this time deposits are not required to book a portrait session. Weddings are the only event where a deposit is required to hold your date. Some other events may require a deposit depending on the requirements. This would be to the photographer's discretion.  Deposits are non-refundable.

What happens to my outdoor session during inclement weather?

Outdoor sessions may have to be rescheduled due to rainy conditions. Overcast conditions are fine and sometimes make for amazing portraits! All other weather conditions are at your discretion if you wish to reschedule the appointment.

What is the turn around for a finished image gallery?

Currently, I send out a few sample images to clients in a few days following your session. Your entire gallery will be completed in one to two weeks of your original session date.
Wedding are completed within 4 weeks of your wedding date.
Purchased prints and products within 4 weeks of ordering.

How do I receive my images?

To keep my over all costs down I use online file sharing programs. A CD or DVD can be made by special request at no additional charge. 

How long will my images remain in my online gallery?

Files will remain in the account for a minimum of 30 days, after that they may be removed.

How long will my gallery be stored?

Completed galleries are kept for a minimum of 5 months. After that they are permanently erased due to storage costs. It is always recommended to save immediately to a USB, or CD or other storage device in case of computer crashes. I always recommend prints or products to showcase your portraits.
